We would like to thank Canterbury Community Trust for contributing towards the annual salary of our research nurse for the sixth year running allowing her to continue undertaking vital research.

Thanks to Perpetual for honouring their five year commitment of funding, improving access and accuracy of patients arriving for Emergency Care.

Thanks to Southern Trust and Eureka for their big contribution towards the purchase of a Sonosite M-Turbo Ultrasound System for use in the Emergency Department. This piece of equipment will aid a trained physician when they have a patient with a supected pulmonary embolism,heart deffect or trauma.When purchased this razor-sharp piece of eqipment will help save lives in the community.

Thanks also to Air Rescue for contributing towards the purchase of a Glidescope which will be used to provide a clear view of a patients airway, enabling intubation.
